These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of saintsofsummer.us, including purchases and communications made through the website.

The website is operated by Saintsofsummer LLC, doing business as Saintsofsummer (“Saintsofsummer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the website if you do not agree.

1. Eligibility

Washed, distressed, faded, printed, dyed, denim, rhinestone, pearl, faux-fur, and handmade details may contain slight variations between individual items. Variations that are intentional or normal to the manufacturing process are not necessarily defects.

Garment measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product description before ordering.

We may modify or discontinue products without notice, subject to our obligations concerning orders that have already been accepted.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout and may change without notice.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and other charges displayed at checkout or imposed by your destination.

Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may use third-party payment and fraud-prevention providers to evaluate transactions.

A temporary authorization or pending charge does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

6. Preorders

Preorder products are purchased before they are ready to ship. Any production or shipping date displayed for a preorder is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Manufacturing, quality-control, customs, freight, carrier, weather, and supply-chain delays may affect delivery.

When preorder and in-stock products are purchased together, we may hold the entire order until all items are available or ship products separately at our discretion.

We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible. If we cannot fulfill a preorder, the amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Do not purchase a preorder item when you require delivery by a guaranteed date unless the product page expressly provides such a guarantee.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

When tracking identifies an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and then contact us promptly. We will provide reasonable assistance, but replacement or reimbursement is not automatically guaranteed when carrier records show successful delivery.

International customers are responsible for customs charges, import taxes, duties, and compliance with local import requirements unless stated otherwise.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy.

Products must satisfy the eligibility requirements and deadlines stated in that policy.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging or proof of purchase may be refused where permitted by law.

Certain final-sale, promotional, custom, personalized, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for return when clearly identified before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

9. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact support@saintsofsummer.us within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue, packaging, shipping label, and complete item where reasonably requested.

Normal variations in wash, distressing, print texture, faux fur, rhinestones, pearls, dye, or handmade construction may not qualify as defects.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Giveaways

Promotions, giveaways, discounts, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, deadlines, and official rules.

Discounts:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• May be limited to one use per customer.
• May exclude certain products.
• May be changed or ended before an order is placed.

We may cancel participation resulting from fraud, bots, false entries, multiple accounts, manipulation, or violation of promotion rules.

Purchases made before a promotion begins are not automatically eligible for a price adjustment.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, used to create competing products, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our branding, artwork, designs, photographs, or other intellectual property.

14. Reviews and User Content

When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, comment, tag, testimonial, or other content directly to us, you represent that:

• You created the content or have permission to submit it.
• The content does not infringe another person’s rights.
• The content is not fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, repost, edit for formatting, and use content submitted directly to us for operating and promoting Saintsofsummer.

This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, privacy practices, availability, or actions.
