Mixed Orders & Split Shipping

Saintsofsummer sells ready-to-ship pieces alongside clearly labeled preorder pieces. When one order contains both, here is exactly what happens.

Your order may ship in separate packages

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched on their normal processing timeline — we do not hold them until preorder items are complete. Preorder items ship separately when their production run is ready.

Multiple tracking numbers

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package, and packages may arrive on different dates. Each shipping confirmation lists exactly which items are included in that shipment — a shipping confirmation for one package does not mean your whole order has shipped.

No extra shipping charges for splits

You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because we chose to split your order into multiple shipments. The shipping you pay at checkout is all you pay, unless you separately request and purchase an additional service (for example, an upgraded shipping method).

Your remaining items stay active

The preorder portion of your order remains open and will be fulfilled when ready, on the timeline shown on each product page when you purchased. Your order is only complete when every item has shipped, and our records reflect the fulfillment status of each individual item.

Where this is disclosed

This split-shipping behavior is noted on preorder product pages, in your cart before checkout when it contains both types of items, and in shipping confirmation emails.
