Pre-Order Policy

Preorders are how Saintsofsummer produces limited runs without overproducing. This policy explains exactly what you are agreeing to when you preorder.

What a preorder is

A preorder is a purchase made before an item is available for immediate shipment. Your payment is collected in full at checkout and reserves your piece from a production run. Preorder status and the estimated shipping window are clearly displayed on every applicable product page and again in your cart before checkout.

Estimated shipping windows

Each preorder product lists an estimated shipping window: [PREORDER ESTIMATED SHIPPING WINDOW — set per product]. These windows are good-faith estimates based on our production schedule. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays

Production timelines can change due to manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, weather, carrier issues, or other reasonable causes. If the expected timeline changes materially, we will email you an update. If we cannot ship within the promised window or the time permitted by law, we will contact you with your options as required by law — including your right to consent to a revised shipping date or to cancel for a prompt, full refund.

Cancelling a preorder

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before production of your order begins by emailing support@saintsofsummer.us with your order number. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer guaranteed, except where required by law or where we have notified you of a delay and offered cancellation. This limitation is disclosed on preorder product pages and in the cart before you check out.

If something goes wrong

Contact support@saintsofsummer.us before initiating a payment dispute — most preorder issues are resolved quickly with a refund, replacement, or updated timeline. Nothing in this policy limits your legal payment-dispute rights.

Product appearance

Saintsofsummer pieces are garment-dyed, washed, distressed, printed, and hand-finished. Wash tone, fading, dye variation, screen-print texture, rhinestone placement, faux-fur texture, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances vary between individual units, and colors can render differently across screens and lighting. These variations are characteristics of the product, not defects. We will not make material changes to a product's design after you preorder without communicating with you first.

Your contact information

Preorder updates are sent to the email address (and phone number, if you have opted in) on your order. Please make sure your contact details are accurate so updates reach you.
